The Causeway Securities 9 Year Fixed Return Plan offers potential growth of 6% for each year the plan runs.
Potential Investment return of 6% for each year the Plan runs, only payable if the Issuer calls the Plan early.
At Maturity, if the Issuer does not call the Plan early the investor receives a Potential Investment return of 54% (6% p.a.)
On each Issuer Callable Date, two years after the Start Date, the Issuer has the option to ‘call’ the Plan at their discretion on a yearly basis.
If the Issuer decides to call the Plan on any of the Issuer Callable Dates, the Plan will mature early. In this event an investor will receive their Initial Capital back, plus a Potential Investment Return of 6% for each year that the Plan has been in existence. The first Observation Date on which an early maturity could be triggered will be two years after the Start Date.
The Counterparty is Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (“Crédit Agricole CIB”). If Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (“Crédit Agricole CIB”) were to fail or become insolvent, you could lose some or all of your investment and any return that may be due, irrespective of the performance of the Underlying Asset.
Subject to a minimum investment of £10,000, the Plan is available to: Direct Investment; ISA/ISA Transfers; Pensions; Companies; Trusts; Charities.
It is Causeway Securities understanding of current legislation and known HMRC practice that any investment return from a direct investment by individuals or Trusts into this Plan is expected to be subject to Income Tax. Investors should obtain their own tax advice.
