If you apply online or by telephone our fee is payable before you complete the application. If you apply by post please include a cheque with your application made payable to ‘Moneyworld’.
You can choose to apply without paying a fee and pay a slightly higher monthly premium.

When can I request a refund?
If for any reason you do not want to proceed with an application we will refund your fee in full. We can also transfer your fee to a new application with a different provider if you wish. If this subsequent application is also unsuccessful your fee is still refundable in full.
How secure is our payment system?
We use Nochex for our payment system. Nochex is a highly regarded UK based company offering card payment services for UK companies. All payment information is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Nochex use the highest commercially available encryption length of 256-bits provided by GeoTrust.
