• Emerging Markets Kick-Out Plan is a maximum five year two week investment.

• The returns from the Plan are linked to the performance of the Hang Seng China Enterprise Index (‘HSCEI’) and the iShares MSCI Brazil Index Fund (‘iShares Brazil Index’) (“the Indices”).

• The Plan has the potential to mature early on any of the first 4 Plan anniversaries.

• If both Indices are at or above their respective Opening Levels, on any annual measurement date the Plan will mature, providing a full repayment of your capital plus a growth payment of 12.20% for each year that your capital has been invested in the Plan.

• If one or both Indices are below their respective Opening Levels on any annual measurement date, the plan will continue to the next annual measurement date. Should the Final Level of one or both Indices be below their respective Opening Level, no investment return will be payable.

• Your capital will be returned in full at maturity, provided that the Final Level of each Index is not more than 50% below its Opening Level.

• You will lose some, or all, of your money if the Final Level of one or both of the Indices has fallen by more than 50% from its Opening Level.

• In the event of the issuing bank being unable to meet its liabilities you will lose some, or all, of your money. In this circumstance you will also lose any growth payment to which you may otherwise have been entitled.

• The returns on Investments made by individuals will be subject to Capital Gains Tax (see page 10 of the plan brochure).
